ID, licence, registration and plate are checked. Documents are kept in encrypted, private storage, and every staff view is logged. Verification does not eliminate all risk.

Questions
Is Yolbee a taxi app?
No. Yolbee matches people who are already heading the same way. The route owner makes their own trip; the ride buddy joins and contributes to the cost.
Do you take a commission?
At launch the platform fee is 0 TL. What the ride buddy pays is exactly what the route owner receives.
How is the trip contribution set?
Distance and time are calculated together; pickup cost, vehicle class and any rush-hour effect each get their own line. You can make an offer within a narrow band around the suggested contribution.
How do you keep people safe?
No platform can guarantee safety. We provide tools that make rides safer for both sides: document verification, QR and PIN vehicle checks, two-way ratings, a Safety Center and fast access to 112.
What do I need to become a route owner?
ID, driving licence, registration and vehicle details. You can follow every step of your application in the app and message the review team.
Is my location shared all the time?
No. Your location is only used during an active match. Favouriting someone doesn't give them access to your location.
When do you launch?
First in Ankara, along busy campus and tech-park corridors. Founding members get the first invites.
